As a Learning Designer, I created a comprehensive set of training resources for Data Analysis Inc. (DAI), focusing on using SuccessFactors to set and manage objectives. These materials were designed for teammates and managers to guide them through the process of entering, reviewing, and adjusting objectives in SuccessFactors.
The resources included clear, step-by-step instructions for setting SMART goals, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and effectively using the SuccessFactors platform’s mobile and desktop interfaces. Additionally, I created best practices guides to ensure objectives are measurable, attainable, and time-bound while promoting regular updates and 1:1 check-ins for continuous feedback and improvement. This training enabled DAI’s employees and managers to better track performance, improve goal clarity, and ultimately drive productivity throughout the organization.
