I was tasked with creating the new hire orientation experience for DAI. The current orientation process was disjointed and lacked color and interest. The presentation included a full employee guide that included all orientation items. The guide was meant to accompany live training and be utilized for future resource needs.

• Presentation designed in Powerpoint utilizing graphic integration from Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• SME collaboration included key stakeholders, HR representatives, and the entire learning and development team
• The guide was designed in Adobe Indesign with graphics from Adobe Illustrator
• Custom infographics created to support ease of learning and the breakdown of large concepts
