As Marketing Director for Somerville Architects, one of my responsibilities was to manage the entire RFP submittal process. This included interviewing SMEs from multiple architectural and engineering firms (both in-house and in different geographical regions) to glean pertinent information to fit the criteria of RFPs. This also included copywriting and editing, architectural photography coordination, past project data, version sharing and revisions from multiple teams at once, and strict adherence to the RFP guidelines and deadlines. I did this in addition to managing and designing all branding materials, signage, appeal, digital media, social media, and external advertising campaigns. We typically had 3-5 RFP submittals running in tandem.
