As a Learning Designer at Data Analysis Inc. (DAI), I was tasked with creating a logo concept for their newly launched leadership program. The design integrates a modern, dynamic aesthetic, symbolizing growth, direction, and the elevation of leadership. Key elements include geometric shapes and a color palette that conveys innovation and forward momentum, all while maintaining professional clarity and sophistication.

The journey moved from a concept board utilizing the company’s color palette to four options and then two final options. At the conclusion, I created a base template in PowerPoint before moving on to the next project.

New Hire Orientation Design

I was tasked with creating the new hire orientation experience for DAI. The current orientation process was disjointed and lacked color and interest. The presentation included a full employee guide that included all orientation items. The guide was meant to accompany live training and be utilized for future resource needs.

Presentation designed in Powerpoint utilizing graphic integration from Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
SME collaboration included key stakeholders, HR representatives, and the entire learning and development team
The guide was designed in Adobe Indesign with graphics from Adobe Illustrator
Custom infographics created to support ease of learning and the breakdown of large concepts
